For nightly and weekly rentals, one night’s lodging deposit is required to guarantee your reservations. Full payment is due on arrival. Credit cards accepted for lodging payment are: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card. No checks can be accepted.
Check-in begins after 4pm and check-out is any time prior to 11am.
We do not allow any pets on our property.
We allow up to 2 parking permits per unit, however, no boats, trailers or RVs are allowed.
All guests must be registered at check-in. Rates are based on 4 occupants. $20 per extra person per night – maximum occupancy 4 adults and 2 children under the age of 12. Only registered guests are allowed on property, no visitors. Anyone under the age of 21 must be accompanied by their parents in order to occupy a room.
Our reservations are carefully scheduled in advance. In the event a cancellation becomes necessary, reservations must be canceled 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Failure to cancel 48 hours prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of all deposit monies or the amount of one night’s charges applied to your credit card.
Reservations from Galveston County Residents must be approved by management and may require a deposit.
Long-term rental reservations must be canceled 30 days in advance.
