Benefits of Membership in the Rental Association
- Joining the Rental Association ensures your time on the property is relaxing and fun!
- We handle all guest, housekeeping, and maintenance issues so our owners never have to be bothered.
- All furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) including AC and all appliances are purchased and maintained through the rental program with no out of pocket cost to owner.
- The Rental Association hires, trains and oversees a professional team who are on site 7 days a week, 365 days a year, who provide oversight of rental guests in your unit.
- Electric service and telephone service are paid by the Rental Association.
- If a rental owner’s unit is occupied with a guest or out of service for maintenance, the owner can still stay at Casa in another rental unit.
- Professional affiliation and membership with the Galveston Regional Chamber of Commerce; National, State & Local Hotel and Lodging Associations and AAA which ensure the highest business operating standards.
- The Rental Association employs a full time Sales & Marketing Team dedicated to advertising and promoting Casa del Mar.
- All hotel taxes are paid for and handled through the Rental Association.
- Attractive incentives for joining the program and bringing your unit up to rental program standards.
